What it replaces in a week

Not a person — the part of a week that nobody wanted: the same question answered for the ninth time, the message that arrived at eleven at night, the follow-up nobody remembered, the paper that had to be typed into something. Those hours do not appear on any invoice, which is why they are the last ones anybody counts and the first ones worth taking back.

Where it runs

On the number and the pages you already have — WhatsApp, your website, your inbox — and you look at it on your phone. There is nothing to install, no new app for your customers, and no number for them to learn. It answers in Tamil or English, whichever they wrote in.

What it will never do

Move money, refund anybody, change one of your prices, agree to anything in your name, or make a decision a lawyer would want to have seen first. Those are not switches that get turned on later — they are refused in the software, for every customer, permanently.

How it starts

It runs for a week writing down what it would have said and sending none of it. You read those, and when you are satisfied you let it answer on its own — one department at a time, at whatever pace you want.
