Your data, and what we do with it

What we keep

• Your account: your email, your WhatsApp number, and your password as a one-way hash (never the password itself).
• What you give your assistant or ask it to keep: goals, notes, reminders, to-dos, files, contacts, spending, bills, renewals, medicines, birthdays, cost-splitting groups, invoices and their customers.
• If you connect them yourself: what your assistant reads from your mail, calendar or files there, only to do what you asked.
• A log of what your assistant did for you, so you can see it.
• Only if you turn on Learn my voice (on Talk live): recordings of what you say to your assistant, kept to make your own voice sound more like you. Used for your voice and nobody else's, at most 20 minutes, and deleted whenever you tap Delete them.
• Only while Look is on (Talk live): what your camera shows is looked at with your question and never stored. A short line of what she saw is kept - "keys on the brown table" - so she can tell you later where you left something; Forget what she saw deletes them all. Nothing is kept of a screen you share.

Why

Only to do what you ask: remind you, write for you, keep track for you. We do not sell your data or show you ads, and we do not train AI models on it - except your own voice, and only if you turn that on.

Who else sees what

• The AI that reads your request and writes the answer (Groq, or Google's Gemini for some voices, scanned papers, photos sent on WhatsApp and what Look sees; Anthropic if a stronger model is switched on). Only what that one request needs is sent.
• Razorpay, when you pay for a plan, on Razorpay's own page. Your card, UPI PIN and OTP go to them and your bank, never to us.
• Google, Microsoft or Zoho, only if you connect them, and only for what you turn on.
• A shop or booking site you choose to open from a link. Some links pass through aaga.ai/go/ so the site knows we sent you; that counts the click, nothing about you.

Where, and for how long

On our own server in India. Until you delete it, or ask us to delete your account. A record of any plan payment is kept as accounting law requires; nothing else of yours is kept after your account is deleted.

Your rights

• Take it all: on your assistant's desk, Your data → Download all my data gives you everything in one file.
• Correct it: change or remove anything on your desk, or tell your assistant.
• Delete it: Your data → Delete my account. Your account and everything in it is deleted, usually within a few days.
