Cancellation and refunds

Cancelling

Nothing renews or is charged by itself, so there is nothing to cancel: stop using it whenever you like. Your data stays until you ask for it to be deleted.

Refunds

Not happy? Write to us within 7 days of a recharge and we refund the credits from it that are not used. Refunds go back to the same card, UPI or bank account you paid from, through Razorpay, and reach you in 5-7 working days.

Paid twice, or charged wrongly

Write to us with the payment's reference and we refund the extra in full, whenever it happened.
